These terms govern access to the atelier, archive, consultations, digital previews, and commissioned works presented by the brand. By entering, browsing, purchasing, commissioning, or otherwise engaging with this site, you accept the following conditions in full.

Handcrafted Realities

Materials, textures, dimensions, finishes, and tonal variations may differ subtly from digital representations. Each commissioned or limited work is subject to artisanal tolerances, studio availability, and the natural character of the selected materials.

Intellectual Property

All editorial imagery, product names, textile compositions, design studies, archive documents, patterns, copy, marks, and visual systems remain the property of the brand or its licensors. No element may be reproduced, resold, extracted, or used commercially without written consent.

Orders & Commissions

Confirmed purchases, bespoke commissions, deposits, production windows, and delivery schedules are governed by the written confirmation issued at the time of engagement. Custom works may be final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital Archive

The website is maintained as a curated archive and client-facing presentation space. We may revise, remove, restrict, or re-sequence content at any time to preserve editorial accuracy, collection integrity, or operational confidentiality.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the brand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, reliance on archived content, interruption of access, or third-party platform services.

Governing Law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the brand’s principal place of business, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith written correspondence.
